Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Vima Dilip, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within:
- 7 days of delivery for domestic orders
- 14 days of delivery for international orders
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Product must successfully pass our quality inspection
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Accessories (jewelry, belts, etc.)
- Innerwear and swimwear
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products
- Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Unboxing images/videos (if available)
Once approved, compensation will be provided in the form of Vima Dilip Store Credit only.
3. Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)
Vima Dilip does not provide monetary refunds.
For all approved returns, cancellations, exchanges, or eligible claims, the paid amount will be issued as Vima Dilip Store Credit only.
Store Credit terms:
- Issued within 5–7 business days after approval
- Valid for 12 months
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Redeemable only on www.vimadilip.com
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable
4. COD Orders (Important)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment may be collected at the time of order confirmation.
Please note:
- The COD partial advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
- If a COD order is canceled, refused, returned, or delivery fails due to customer reasons, the partial advance amount will not be refunded or converted into store credit
This policy helps us prevent non-serious orders and logistics losses.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange for the same product, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable:
- Equivalent store credit will be issued
Exchange requests must be raised within the applicable return period.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within:
- 12 hours of placing the order, or
- before dispatch, whichever is earlier
Approved cancellations:
- Prepaid orders: issued as Vima Dilip Store Credit
- COD orders: partial advance remains non-refundable
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
7. Failed Delivery / Refused Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect shipping information
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Non-payment of customs duties/taxes (international orders)
Any eligible amount may be issued as store credit only, after deduction of applicable shipping and handling charges.
8. International Orders
For international orders:
- Delivery timelines may vary by destination
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise
- Return shipping costs for international returns are borne by the customer
9. Payment Issues
For duplicate payments or payment processing errors, verified cases will be resolved appropriately.
